Incoming Messages go to wrong folder

In Outlook Office 03, all incoming messages are going into the junk email
folder instead of the inbox. How can i make all new messages go into the
inbox? I have cleared all rules and alerts. I have added a few accounts to
my safe senders list and those still go into the junk mail folder. I
appreciate any help.

Do you have any third-party add-ins scanning your incoming mail? Do you
have your own address or domain in the Blocked Sender list?

Thanks. We just installed AVG Internet Security so I'm not sure if that is
scanning the incoming mail or not. My email address or domain is not listed
in the blocked sender list. Thanks for your help.

It's easy enough to look, isn't it? Open AVG's control center and see of
the mail scanner is installed. Does AVG's Internet Security suite contain
an antispam component? That would be where I'd look first.
