all of my incoming emails are coming directly into my junk folder no matter
what setting I use for filtering junk mail. they go for a split second into
the inbox, then to the junk mail folder. Outlook 2003.
 
Are you using exchange intelligent message filter? If so, you may lower that
threshold.
 
Do you email from people in your contact list also going into the junk email
box
