Junk mail Stopped comming ? Junk Folder stays empty? Its not all j

Recently I stopped receiving Junk Mail. The Junk Molder in Outlook 2003 stays
empty.

The Junk Mail filter works OK but not everything it tags as junk is junk...
so I check the folder daily just in case.

I've checked Tools | Options | Preferences | Junk Email

where "Low - Move the most obvious Junk e-mail to the Junk E-Mail Folder"
is checked... along with...
"Don't Turn on links in messages that might connect to unsafe sites"

So that looks right...

MY ISP tells me they are not filtering and I should be getting mail as I
always have.

Help - Where is my Junk Email going?

Thanks for any help.

The first thing to check is that the messages are actually making it to your
mailbox. Use a web browser to log into your mailbox and not what messages are
there. Then run Outlook and see if it downloads them all. If the messages
never arrive in your server's Inbox, clearly Outlook will never see them.

Also make sure the "Permanently delete..." box on Actions>Junk E-mail>Junk
E-mail Options is not checked.
