Message rules on older items

First I am using outlook 2010 with an Corporate Exchange server. They limit the size of our inbox so I also use personal folders. I have created a bunch of folders in my inbox (not personal folders) with rules to move certain items into them when they arrive. This works great as it should. My question is how can I create another rule that looks at all the folders in my inbox, and any message older than 1 week is moved to the same named folder in one of my personal folders? I have 4 personal files one for each quarter, each of them has the same folder hierarchy as my inbox. I cannot see how to create a rule that allows this. It would be nice if it could be just one rule, however I will take any options I get.
