Can't send messages

I was able to send and receive emails just fine until now. I am able to send
emails if I go directly to my charter account but I can't send emails from my
outlook express. Can someone give advice without a negative remark?

by asking an outlook express question in an outlook forum, you are certainly
setting yourself up for negative remarks...
