cant send email, error message "spam"

I have internet thru charter, today I am unable to send email, my error code
says:

An unknown error has occurred. Server: 'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '550 5.2.0 YQi31d00J2vCNzE05Qi3P4 Message identified as SPAM
- Please visit http://www.charter.com/postmaster E5110', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

This happens to ANY email I try to send, regardless of the email addres,
this just started today. I have contacted charter 3 times today.... I went
thru the whole unblock process thru the charter postmaster... but then found
out this was happening to every email I've tried to send today. Charter
says it my problem, not theirs and that I must have a virus on my computer
that is sending out mass emails and that's is why I am blocked from sending
out any more. They can not help me.

Does anyone have a ideas or help?

Thanks, Las

Call your ISP and ask them why. Apparently they found that you either sent
inappropriate messages or you sent out too many messages at one time to multiple
recipients

It's not something we can fix from this end. Charter's server thinks
you've been sending spam. Only Charter can unblock you from
their SMTP server.
As a workaround, send via Charter's webmail, or get a free
Gmail account to send from.
