When I try to send emails I get this error:

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Fw: FW: Parking Ticket', Account:
'Charter', Server: 'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550
5.2.0 you are not allowed to send mail to <[email protected]> E9210',

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
Enable the "My server requires authentication" option.

If no improvement, are you sending from home while connected to Charter?

The error message stayed exactly the same?

Are you able to send to email addresses other than (e-mail address removed)
or does it happen with all recipients?

If you really can't send to anyone, and (as far as I can tell) your settings are
all correct, the only thing left to do is to call Charter tech support. They
may need to reset your account on the server.
