Can't see attendee calendar when planning a meeting

When planning a meeting I invite people and resources to attend, but I can't
get any information about their calendars. So I don't know if their
available for the time I want the meeting to be. Another user can see the
information on his pc, but when he uses another computer he can't.

Outlook 2003 on XP w/SP2 using Exchange 2003 SP1.

I am having the same problem. I checked with a neighbor and confirmed that he
had the "Free/Busy Options" Set to "Publish [2] month(s)...", but even so, I
could not see his schedule. Instead I am looking at an unending row of "No
Information". If you have found out anything please post it. You posted your
message on July 20th, but it looks like no one answered.
I really have a problem with this, so if anyone knows what to do, please help!
