Outlook 2007 with SharPoint Services to create Meeting Workspaces

I see that there is a download for SharePoint Services SP1. I write to
inquire if this can be used to enable the meeting workspace feature in the
scheduling portion of calendar. Rephrased, can this sharepoint services be
used to make my computer its own SharePoint Site so that I can invite others
for presentations.

If so, is there further configuration information available. Ideally, I
would want to:

- Show PowerPoint Presentations to attendees
- Show Milestones, tasks, alerts to attendees
- Retain meeting content

Much thanks for an informed opinion as I await a reply.
