Outlook 2007 - Meeting invitation

I posted a meeting request to someone over the internet by using the Invite
attendees button on the calendar entry.
The message sent was almost pure gobbledygook. Outlook 2007 shows a
calendar attachment but the recipient using outlook 2003 got the following
...Only first few lines included here

Not gobbledygook at all, but data from the iCalendar specification for exchanging meeting information. Please provide exact details of the meeting you created or post the VCALENDAR data so others can test it.

What build does the Outlook 2003 recipient have? SP2?
