cant open windows mail

I can not open my windows mail.

am getting an error message when i ttry to open see descr below:

Winmail.exe (0x8007000E)

All my emails gone.

Can someone help. I read a few threads on here. I have deletd the latest
updates but this has not done anythng.

Pease advise me, anybody????????

You can try repairing the WinMail database and see if that fixes the issue (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/). If not, then try resetting Winmail by renaming the Windows Mail directory (Tools | Options | Advanced | Maintenance | Store folder will indicate the location (its hidden)). That will reset things and it may then work okay.
