Try to send and receiving a e-mail with windows mail

I try to add AVG to scan the virus in my system and i can not send or receive
some e-mail in the windows mail since that. I delete AVG in my system and the
same message of error in coming.

The message error is :Échec de la connexion au serveur. Compte :
'pop.videotron.ca', Serveur : 'pop.videotron.ca', Protocole : POP3, Port :
110, Sécurisé (SSL) : Non, Erreur de socket : 10061, Numéro d'erreur :
0x800CCC0E

Your AVG antivirus was probably installed with its default install option.
If so, uninstall it, then reinstall, but select 'custom' install, which then
allows you to unselect installing its troublesome email scanning module.

If the problem continues, delete that mail account, restart Windows Mail,
then recreate the account.
