can't logon domain controller, "preparing network connection"

When I restart the server, it hangup at "preparing network
connection", I have searched the support from MS support
database but they do not work on my server!
My server's configuration: IBMX345; XEON 2.4GHZx2; 2G RAM;
SCSI HD 72Gx6; I have opened HT in BIOS. Win2k+sp4!

Restart your server in safe mode and disable any 3rd party (non - microsoft services). Then restart in normal mode. If that works, start restoring a few of the services at a time until you find the service that is preventing your computer from starting.
