Win2K Adv Svr Preparing network connections

I have a eval copy of Win2K Advanced Server installed on
a small home network. As a test, I enabled TCP/IP
Filtering to permit only ports 25, 80, and 110.

Now when I try to restart, windows stalls at "Preparing
Network Connections.....".

Any advice on what I can do (short of re-installing the
OS) to complete a startup would be appreciated.

Boot into safe mode (no networking) and revert back to the original changes.
Restrict ports through your router.
