Win2k Server Hangs on "Preparing network connections..."

Upon startup my win2K Server hangs on the "Preparing
netwrok connections..." screen. I am using SP4. Any
help out there? Thanks.

Hi,

Check to make sure the DNS settings of the server point to a DNS server in
the domain and not to an ISP DNS server.
