Can't Login

I just bought a new laptop last week. Everything seemed
to be working fine. I hibrnated the laptop last night
and this morning I wake up the laptop, select my user
account (only one on this laptop). I don't get anything
but a blue screen. I have also hard booted my laptop
with the same results. Ideas on how to get past this?

Have you tried booting to Safe Mode? If you can get into Safe Mode, try
creating a new user account with Administrator privileges and rebooting
and see if you can then get into it in Normal mode with the new account.

If you can't get into Safe Mode, or that doesn't fix the problem, call
technical support for your laptop.
