Can't get rid of an installed program

My roomate acidentally installed a toolbar program on my
computer, and i have done everything i can think of to
get rid of it.

the toolbar says is "Mirar", and in the toolbar menu
there is a toolbar called "NN_WebBand"

please help.

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
