Getting rid of toolbar

A new tool bar popped up called "Mirar". I can't get rid of it. I go to view in toolbars and it isn't there. A toolbar does come up called "Compaq 6330" but when I try and get rid of it it won't let me uncheck. How do I get rid of this mirar toolbar!!!
