can't get out of safe mode

My daughter had some kind of download trogan so she started her computer in
safe mode removed all of them now she can't get out of safe mode. When she
restarts her computer it is restarting in safe mode. Can anyone tell me how
to help her get back to regular mode.

click start then bring up the run box and type in msconfig and hit ok.
This will bring up the system configuration utility, select the BOOT.INI
tab.
under boot options if safeboot is checked uncheck it, click apply and
reboot.
