Can't delete messages!

I just got a new computer...it has Vista on it and also Windows mail which I
hate so far...
My mail in my outbox will not go anywhere and it will not let me delete it
either...it is stuck!
I saw where someone recommended an update patch but I was confused about the
32 bit and 64 bit part...I don't know what that means...this is crazy to be
having these problems. Why put out something that has so many problems with
it?
Please help me!

Right click the Computer icon on the desk top>choose properties, it will
tell you there which system you have installed.
Get the patch and you should be OK?

Thank you! I finally found out that I needed the 32 bit...it did not tell me
where to download it to...I put it in my windows folder...now I cannot figure
out what to do now...Do I have to do something after I have downloaded it?
I am sorry to be such a pain but I am going crazy! I wish I did not buy a
new computer for sure....I wish I had Outlook Express back...

Go back and get it again, after the genuine advantage check, click the
download and save it to your Documents folder, then when complete click the
button to 'open folder' then click on the downloaded file it will install
itself.
