Can't delete trash can - Patch not working

I have mails stuck in the trash folder, on Windows Mail - Vista Home Premium.
I downloaded the suggested patch, installed it but still not working.

I'm downloading the 32-bit patch, the other doesn't apply to my system

Any idea? At least I want to delete them manually but Vista doesn't let me

Which patch? It's usually recommended that you try the
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090 patch first, but I've
seen another one mentioned here at times.
