cannot empty trash can

I am using Windows Mail with Vista and I cannot empty my trash can.

It seems that some of the deleted mails have been corrupted because when I
click on them they are blank.

I could delete from the trash can all those that are not corrupted, but
these don't allow me to imply empty.

Does anyone have an idea of ehat could happen? And how can I solve it.

Thanks and regards,

I assume "trash can" is your translation of the Spanish version
of Windows Mail. The English version calls it Deleted Items folder.

Try this Spanish version of the Microsoft fix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090/es

It only mentions Outbox, but it works for all mail folders.
