AWESOME DELL COMPUTER TECH AND THEY RESOLVED MY SAME PROBLEM. THIS IS WHAT
HE

BACK UP YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT AND MESSAGES AND THEN DELETE THE ENTIRE EMAIL
ACCOUNT AND CREATE A BRAND NEW ONE. THEN DOWNLOAD EVERYTHING BACK IN AND
THAT

not
have the time or IT knowledge to be "fixing" their PC when they don't work
as
they are supposed to do, very frustraiting and annoying.

THAT'S WHAT I'M GOING TO DO.
WIPING OUT MY INBOX WITH 2,000 EMAILS DOESN'T SEEM LIKE A FEASIBLE THING
TO
DO.
Kevin said:I found an easy way that worked for me.
Highlight the undeleteable message, Right click and click on "Mark as unread"
Then click on delete. The message then goes to the delete box. From there
click on Delete and the message disappears.
It may be worth a try for you guys!

matter? Each person can do what works for them, regardless of what caps
they

probably as much as some of us are. We should not have to be going through
this crap every couple of months. I went through this same thing months ago.
This is too complicated for those of us that are not computer literate. I
consider myself pretty computer literate, but this is very confusing to me.
I agree that microsoft should get off their butts and fix this. I wish I
still had windows xp and outlook express.
