Can't delete icon?

Hello Folks! I found this site after doing an onlie search for a small pc problem I have.

The last two days I have been battling spyware and viruses. Mananged to get rid of everything except one minor thing. I used the programs AVG Anti-virus, ccleaner,superanti spyware, search and destroy and adaware.

There's 2 icons on my screen that I cannot delete. It's a funny program that calculates the thc levels in your bloodsystem. It's very basic. The programs are saved into c:/documentsandsettings/desktop.

Could somebody please tell me how to remove this thing from my pc?

I have very limited pc knowledge so please go easy on me!

Have you tried deleting in safe mode ...
