Can't access secure websites

L

Larry

Get a "activeX controls prohibit access to website" error
when attempting to access secure websites. I have tried
to modify Internet Connection Settings to minimum
security levels, but still get this error. Any
suggestions on what is happening and how to fix?
Thanks
