ActiveX error when trying to access my intranet

I am having a problem with an ActiveX control. It only occurs when I
try and access the intranet. I have checked all the internet options
and set them to low and still no luck. I really need help with this
issue.

This is the Error Message I recieve.

"Your current security settings prohibit using ActiveX controls on this
page. As a result page may not display correctly."

I have enabled all activex content even the unsigned, still no luck.
