ActiveX load error

On some pages I get the error

"your current security settings prohibit running activeX controls on
this page. As a result this page may not display properly."

I have set the secuirty to low for all options but still get this on
some pages. How can I stop this appearing please i.e. how do i
activate the activeX options?

I also use Zonealarm which allows access to ie6. I use WinXP Pro
