Cannot Start RARS

I am getting this error:
The file is missing or corrupt c:\winnt\system32
\iprtrmgr.dll

I have tried to do everything that the article said to do
in the knowledgebase.


Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you please give exact information from the event log?

Also, please provide the 'Data' part of the event logged.
