Cannot start Fax Service --- Pls Help !

OS: WindowsXP SP1
Account: Local Administrator

I cannot install fax service from Add/Remove windows component.
after i install, when i reopen the Add/Remove windows component it shows
untick again. i try to install and restarted few time still cannot.

I check the Service from Administrative Tool. it show Disabled.
when i try to change the start-up to Automatic. it show me "The specified service has been marked for deletion"

Please help. i need to use the fax service..

Thanks for the help.

but the solution is not same as my problem.
The Fax service from Add/Remove Windows component already show as unstalled as mention earlier.
and after i perform the install, the fax service will appear under the Services from Adminstrative Tools with a
status of "Stopping".

i've try to install and restarted few times.
Maybe do have some kind registry problems,
have any ideas how to repair or any other way to solve this ??.. Thanks in advanced.
