cannot receive mail on outlook

I can send but cannot receive any emails. Everytime I press the
'Send/Receive' from 'Tools' tab, it keeps asking me of my of my Netwok
Password and Username. I checked with my ISP and they confirmed that my
Username and Password are correct. Please help me...

Be sure that you have the email server names and other settings, like SSL,
correct.

Verify the username and password with the web-mail interface your ISP almost
certainly provides. Use Notepad to write out the username and password,
and copy and paste these into the web mail interface. When you're sure
they are correct (you get into the mail), copy and paste them into Outlook.

If you still can't get in, you probably have the server names wrong.
