outlook express password

HELP PLEASE
Everytime i open outlook express to send or recieve mail
i am asked for username and password to log on. I put in
my usual details, and the box keeps reapearing. I cannot
send or receive anything. How do i turn this off. Thank
you.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, sally asked:
