Cannot Open Outlook 2000

We recently moved offices, and now I cannot open Outlook. We havn't added any
additional programs or anything. It comes up with "Microsoft Exchange Server
is unavaliable", so I clicked 'work offline', then it comes up with
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error!
Program:C\ProgramFiles\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE This
application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information"

Please help someone!!

Thanks, tried them both and niether worked, my computer hasn't got a
'msconfig.exe' file to run, is that right? And when I went to add/remove
programs, my computer doesn't have Outlook listed there.

Any other options??
