Cannot open IE V6 SP1

When I click on the IE icon to startup my Internet
Explorer I get the following pop-up error
message: "Iexplore has caused an error in USER.EXE,
Iexplore will now close"

Does anyone have any ideas?

Check for some bad parasite.

Remove all the parasites on your computer.
Delete all the spywares and bad BHOs from your system.
