Happened again, and this time I wrote it down. Error
message is "Iexplore has caused an error in user.exe.
Iexplore will now close." I have no virus. I did check
the knowledge base indicated in the first reply and my
file is Mshtml.dll 6.0.2800.1264 although my IE version is
6.0.2800.1106. I'm running Windows Me. Can't find any
Knowledge Base article dealing with user.exe.
Many thanks 4 the help!
