Cannot access TWEAKUI XP not administrator?

I have a weird problem and dont know how to correct it. A few weeks ago, I
installed the Windows XP Powertoy (TweakUI XP). The problem is that today I
clicked on the tweak UI icon in control panel and it failed to let me in,
and said it had been blocked by the administrator.

According to my computer, there is only one user set up in accounts and
thats me. My account is listed as administrator, so how can I make TweakUI
work again?

TweakUI did work when I first installed in as I used it to hide a windows
partition from the list of drives available in windows.... With this
current issue, I find I cannot un-hide the partition, due to not being able
to access TweakUI user interface.

Can anyone help me get out of this mess?

Thanks a lot.

By default, v2.10 (for WinXP) doesn't show up in the Control Panel. It should be
listed in the Add/Remove Program list. If not, you probably have the wrong
version installed.

I have version 2.10 installed and I don't see any option to hide partitions in
its listing.

The last TweakUI version for XP is 2.10. It installs in both the Control
Panel and Start Menu. From the CP TweakUI, I sent a shortcut to the
desktop, maybe you could try that. Also check the properties to see
that the proper path is listed. Version 2.10 can hide and unhide drives.

Add XP TweakUI Icon to the Control Panel

No 1 left hand side.

Also to unhide, seek the information here:

It takes two steps. Follow each below:

Hide Drives in My Computer

Prevent Access to the Contents of Selected Drives
