Tweakui has been disabled by your administrator !

After a virus and a system restore when I try to run TWEAK UI for XP i get:
"Tweakui has been disabled by your administrator !"

WHY??? The account I am logged into IS the administrator!
I tried reinstalling but nothing changed.

How do I fix it?

FIxed it with Dough Knox s utility

restriction, among many others can be controlled with this utility.
 
to carify the REGEDIT was restricted, that also make TWEAK UI restricted
because it changes things in the registry.
 
Now that is a good one and would love to see that screen shot, no kidding!
