I just downloaded and installed the Power Toys with Tweakui for Windows XP
from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/Downloads/powertoys/Xppowertoys.mspx
but I can't find where they were installed to. In the old days, TweakUI
would be in the Control Panel. How do I find out where these programs went
to so I can start playing with my new "toys"?

If I knew where I was I'd be there now.

If you searched for it (right-click on "Computer" or your "C:" drive), you
would have found in in "Drive:\Windows\System32"
and as already said, there's a link in your Start Menu.

TweakUI installs into Windows/System32/TweakUI, and it's easily accessed
through Start/ Programs/Power Toys For WindowsXP/TweakUI.

Nope, not there.
