My Most Recent Documents List

Is there any way to prevent entries on this list? I have text files with
passwords on them and when I open these files they appear on the My Most
Recent Documents List. I then have to clear them from the list or clear the
list altogether. Is there any way for this list to be removed from the
Start Menu?

Found the way to get rid of My Recent Documents List from the Start Menu.
It's all good.
