Desktop and Quick Launch toolbars disappear on restart. Very gratefull for
any help

Dimitry,
To fix your problem just right click taskbar at the bottom of the main
desktop >click properties > toolbars and click on desktop then do the same
again for quick launch and should be ok.

Thanks for your prompt answer, but I did all that and still the same. Every
time I restart I have to add both Quick Launch an desktop toolbars manually.

Of course you tried all that and of course it didn't work!

Scan first, then fix:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

These can be uninstalled later if desired.
 
Installed as instructed, scanned, no results, and still, no dice. Looks like
a hard one!!! Thanks beforehand
