Tweakui 2.10

I downloaded and installed tweakui 2.20 from the ms website.

All seemed to go right. I can go to
all programs>Powertoys>tweakui and get into the program, but it doesn't
appear in Control Panel. I search C: for tweakui.cpl and it finds nothing,
with search option to include hidden and system files. Don't I have to
enable/disable tweakui in the control panel?

Nothing seems to change when I click or unclick features.

Computer is new Dell E510 with xp, sp1 and sp2.

TweakUI for Windows XP does not place an entry in Control Panel.

Tweak UI is no longer part of the control panel. However, look at #1 here:

Click on START.... PROGRAMS... find Powertoys for Windows XP. Under it
you'll find Tweakui.
