can,t get ip address

I can,t get an ip address from dhcp server. I can,t see any network if I use a manually configuired ip address. I can ping the loopback address but, not the router address or any other address except the loopback.

Sounds like you aren't plugged into the network. Loopback address is the address of your card. Next part is the cable, then hub/switch, etc.... Something isn't working right after the card.
