can not install norton antivirus 2004

Hello,

I have recently bought Norton Antivirus 2004,
and tried to install it on my PC win2000. I remove
the previous version first and the launched setup.

BUT, in the middle of copying files (and particullarly
when copying Test_SymRedir), the installation aborts
saying Can not install Norton Antivirus 2004.
I tried cleaning registry, using rnav2003 from symantec,
and anything I knew, but nothing worked.

Does anybody know the solution,

Not an operating system setup issue. You'll need to ask at the symantec
support site.

Change your norton cd if possible .
It may be curroupt .
