Can I group searches in Google Search History?

For example, if I search each night (let us say) on Google,
researching a report for school re: CARS, can I group them all in one
folder? I want to attach a label "CARS" to all of my searches
encompassing. In this way all I have to do is locate that folder or
"tag" as in Gmail, and then see all of my results for that topic.

Can I "tag" them or "group" them, so I can see them all together
"categorized" on one page instead of searching through my Google
Search History, or looking through all of it.

Thanks in advance,

If your using Internet Explorer, instead of trying to group your searches in
History, just add the page to Favorites.

I'm not sure how familiar you are with IE but there will be a "Favorites"
tab above the Address bar. When you are on the web page you want to refer
back to just click "Favorites" then click the Add button. Like you were
saying about organizing into groups, you can do that in Favorites by clicking
"Organize", then Create Folder, or Move to Folder for the pages you already
added to Favorites.
