Can I disable messenger for one user?

Hi! Can anyone out there tell me if it is possible for me to disable MSN
messenger when I'm signed on as a user? My daughter uses it, but it shows up
when I'm online. The problem is compounded by the fact that whenever my
wireless connection drops (which it does often), messenger signs itself in
automatically and suddenly all my daughters adolescent friends pop up and try
to talk to me (or her. As it were)!

Assuming you're using separate profiles you should be able to launch
messenger in your own profile, then Tools/Options/Preferences/General clear
Run Win Messngr when Win starts.

If this also stops it launching in your daughter's profile show her how to
launch it from the Start button; start/All Programs etc.
