BT password

Hi

A friend of mine changed accounts with BT but find's she cannot delete her
old password.
Have tried changing it in the usual places but back it goes to the old
account. Guess its something to do with their software but I deleted what I
could find and set-up a new connection 'manually' to try and get shut of
this
problem, but back it came!

Any help would be appreciated.

BT? British Telecom/Telephone/Telegraph? Outlook Express? Open
OE/Tools/Accounts/Mail tab/find old account/either hit the Properties button and see what
you can do/or hit the remove button.
