block using the internet

is there a way i can block my users from accessing the
internet from the server like some group policy etc.
please advice. we using windows 2000 server and all our
workstations run on win2k prof.

- How does your server access the Internet?
- Do you have any routers installed? Where?
- Do you have any firewalls installed? Hardware? Software? Where?
