Block Internet Explorer

Is there a way to block users from using Internet Explorer
with Group Policy? We would like to block certain
users without blocking the workstation.

Someone else in this news group posted a link to an application that might
do this.

I can not vouch for this as I am seeing it for the first time today and took
a very quick look.
