Is there a way to block users from using Internet Explorer
using Active Directory? We would like to block certain
users without blocking the workstation.

Hi,

You can disable IE from active Directory by the following process

1)Open the Group Policy eg Default domain policy
2)User Configuration

There we have different policies for IE choose the one you want and apply
it on the Users
