Back-up Advice

Does anyone out there have any advice to give to someone
looking for a back-up software program? I will be saving
to a removable hard-drive on a network. Any advice would
be greatly appreciated.

I like SecondCopy (www.centered.com) for Windows systems. It is
reasonable ($30 or so) and scalable.
