Automatic actions when inserting CD

Where do you control the automatic actions that occur when you insert a CD?
It used to be that whenever I inserted a blank CD, a file explorer window
would open automatically so that I could drag and drop files to burn onto
the CD. Now that no longer happens. Where do I go to make it happen again? I
notice that sometimes when I insert a CD, a window opens that asks me what
action I want performed automatically, but I can't figure our how to make
that window open.

My Computer - right click the Drive, take Properties. On the Autoplay
page select each of several types of content, click the 'select action'
button and highlight the action you want, click Apply.

Normally 'mixed content' should be set to 'Open to view files in
Explorer' - that is needed for Explorer to auto-run CDs. If you use
the inbuilt burning Blanks should be on 'Open writeable CD folder in
Explorer', otherwise to burn with your preferred package
